		<description>I too am interested in learning more about growing olive trees.  We have some land both west and south of San Antonio.  Once the fruit is produced are there people willing to buy it?  I don&#039;t think I am in a position to produce the oil.  Any info would help.

My wife and I have a 30 acre place in central Texas.  We would like information on how to grow olive trees,  is this the right location, soil type, enough land, and the potential market.  Any information would be appreciated.
