AZAL was established in 2005 beginning its’ activity by the acquisition of the premises of the Olive Growers’ Cooperative of Redondo in Alentejo - Portugal. Therefore, AZAL’s start-up was based on a platform characterised by its’ excellent olive oils and one of the best “terroirs” of this country.
Our mission is to help developing the national treasure’s potential in olive oil, fostering total quality throughout the entire value chain. By using our youth, dynamism and perseverance, we aim to provide consumers with the pleasure and quality of life, which only extremely high quality olive oils can provide.
