Pacific Sun exists to create artisanal foods that express and preserve the unique flavors of our growing region and our agricultural community. The olives for our 100% natural Pacific Sun Olive Oil are locally grown and harvested. Then we mill and bottle the oil right here on our family farm in Tehama County, at the head of California’s fertile Central Valley.
