I had a fantastic olive oil in a fine dining italian restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a bit of an emergency, and had to leave quickly before I could ask what the name/type of the oil was. Suffice to say, it was exquisite, so I thought I would ask the experts here: Who can identify this oil!
Characteristics: - VERY dark green - Nice flowing viscoscity - Intense flavour of olives - Hint of pepper taste (but no pepper in the oil)
