Hey there,

I recently wrote an article on Ezinearticles.com talking about the many olive oil benefits from health, skin and hair.  You can also visit my website for more details, including some easy olive recipes for cooking, skin and hair.  If you like either the article or the website, or both, please pass it along.  And if you have a similar site, let me know so I can check it out as well.  Live, love olive!

I would like to ask if Olive can be an effective remedy for thinning hair? I really have problems with my balding. I hope it would help me.

eee...I don't think olive oil does much for thinning hair.  it's used more as a moisturizer/lotion (-http://temeculaoliveoil.com, they've got a bunch of different soaps, lotions, lip balms, but no hair growth products) and conditioner type product.  People really like it on their skin but from what I know about it it doesn't actually facilitate hair growth.  Sorry.

Olive oil benefits your body in so many ways that many doctors recommend using two millimeters in all of your cooking which would require cooking oil. When choosing your oil I would advise buying Extra Virgin Olive Oil if at all possible. The olive oil aids in weight loss. It helps fight off infection.

The olive oil aids in weight loss. It helps fight off infection. It is said to help in fighting off breast cancer. The olive aids against cardiovascular disease and helps prevent heart attacks. Since the oil of the olive is a natural blood thinner, it helps to prevent blood clots. The oil of the olive is great for a sore throat. It helps in healing an open wound. It also cleanses the liver.
