Olive Oil from Turkey

I just returned from Datca Turkey.
An area where many oil is produced.

We brought with us olive oil from our own olivetrees in the garden of the old olive mill we have bought.

I was wondering if a real expert want to taste our oil and write us your comments.
I have no Idea how the quality is and I want to have the opinion of an expert.
Ofcourse I will send you the olive oil for tasting.
