Concentrate only on the olive oil, and it's not too bad. But go easy on the olive oil and hard on the wine and bread – not so good. It's a balance. Bread, wine, olive oil and cheese is what makes up the Mediterranean diet. It's worked for centuries for the people of the Mediterranean basin. It can work for you too!
